Rita Rice, GRI Affiliate Broker I would like to introduce myself: I was born in Cocke County, TN and moved to Bean Station in 1982. I have 3 children, Shannon, Sherry, and Alex, 5 grandchildren, Vincent, Ethan, Michaleh, Lidia, and Destiny. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Walters State Community College with an Associate in Applied Science in 1996. I am proud to be a part of the winning team at Century 21 Massengill-McCrary Realtors.
